1. Applicable for spray repair of various elements.

2. Applicable for spray of nickel base, cobalt base, iron base, copper base alloy powder.

3. Applicable for spray welding nickel base self-fluxing alloy for workpiece with diameter less than 80mm.

4. Oxygen, acetylene and compressed air are adopted as working gas.

5. N2 and Ar can be used for powder feed to obtain better coating quality.

QTE20007/h Powder Flame Spray Gun

1. Applicable for spray repairing of various elements.

2. Applicable for spray of various alloy powder

3. Applicable for spray of parts of cermet and oxide ceramic.

4. Its flame velocity is quicker than QT-E-7/h and the prepared coating is more compact.

5. Oxygen, acetylene and compressed air are adopted as working gas.

6. N2 and Ar can be used for powder feed to obtain better coating quality.

QTEN7/h powder flame bore spray gun is equipped with a 45° specific nozzle and a 80° specific nozzle. It is applied for spraying bore plane with diameter more than F150mm and depth less than 500mm
