Introduction

Remelting torch is the specific tool to carry out flame remelting for self-fluxing alloy coating. It is mainly combined with flame powder spray gun to conduct one-step spray fusing on large workpiece. Besides, it also can be applied as auxiliary heat source for workpiece heating in spraying or spray welding. The remelting torch is characterized in high power, low flame flow velocity and blossom nozzles. In order to adapt to requirements on coating remelting for different workpieces and workpiece heating, the nozzle can be made into circular, rod or abnormal shape.
